MSM2HISTORIC BUILDINGS IN NASHVILLE, ARKANSAS TO BE AUCTIONED NASHVILLE — Two of Nashville’s most
beautiful and historic buildings on North Main
Street are up for public auction on Thursday,
October 8, at 10 a.m. under local award winning
    auctioneer Nick Fowler.
Longtime local business people Greg and
Christy Nunley, owners of the popular “Main
Street Musician Supply”, has moved to Northern
Arkansas and has contracted Fowler Auctioneers
of Glenwood to sell their two buildings
and all remaining contents to the highest
    bidder.
This historic building was built in 1895 and
was the Rector Drug Store to the 1930s.
The first tract features a 3013+/- SF building
with central heat and air, tile floors, and is
currently used as a Musician Supply Store and
    Show Room.
It has provided many years of students
learning to play instruments, and the building
is absolutely beautiful with endless detail inside
and out. It is highly visible on its prime
    corner location.
The city of Nashville has recently replaced
all sidewalks downtown with stamped concrete,
    handicap access and handrails.
The Nunleys recently made almost $50,000
in improvements and updates including bringing
the original tile floor back to its natural
    luster.
These 2 buildings have custom cloth awnings
with aluminum framing, and the store
front show windows are a plus as they are located
    on each corner in front.
Also, being sold is a 3025+/- SF adjoining
building with central heat and air conditioning
plus a new coated foam roof which has a 10
    year warranty.
The building is located directly next to the
Music Store and it has had $23,800 in improvements
    and updates.
This building could be opened up to the
main corner store or stand alone — custom awning
and store front windows are in place and
    ready for your business ideas.
