Mrs. Sonya Deann Stubbs Turner, age 34, a resident of De Queen, died Sunday, September 6, 2015 in a Shreveport Louisiana Hospital from injuries received in an ATV accident. She was born to Leroy M. and Essie Jeanelle Caswell Stubbs in Ardmore, Oklahoma, on February 8, 1981. She is survived by her life companion, Jeremy Murchison of De Queen; son, Alec-Zander Wade Turner and daughter, Zae-Lei Layne Turner, both of De Queen; mother, Jeanelle Loyd of Wickes; father and step-mother, Leroy and Cindy Stubbs of De Queen; brother and sister-in-law, Justin Wade and Kelly Loyd of Wickes; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Amanda Pannell, Kim and Tyler Frachiseur all of De Queen, and Amy and Charlie Lingerfelt of Siloam Springs; her grandmother, Esta Lee Caswell of Vandervoort; one niece and three nephews; as well as other relatives and countless friends. Services for Sonya Turner will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 11, 2015 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the McHorse Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. Visitation will be Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., at Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen.
