Amanda Reese Smith, 98, of Nashville, died June 13, 2026.
She was born Oct. 28, 1927, in Nashville, the daughter of the late J.B. Reese and Mattieula Tolleson Reese.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Uthel Lee Smith.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, Nashville.
Survivors include: her daughter: Frances Jane Waldrop and husband Greg of Nashville; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Restland Cemetery with Ed McCrary officiating.
