Toby Randall Hughes, 47, of North Little Rock, Ark., died Oct. 5, 2024.
He was born April 9, 1977, in Fort Smith, Ark., the son of Karan Hughes and the late Randy Hughes.
He was a Nashville High School grad and was a US Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Karen Hughes of Maumelle, and a brother, Hayden Hughes of Alexander.
Visitation was 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home.
