John Willard Sigman, age 71, of Nashville, passed away on Friday, Oct.

6, 2023, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock with his loving family by his side.

He was born on Oct. 17, 1951, in Kansas City, Mo., and raised in Los Angeles, Calif. He spent his adult life and raised his family in Southwest Arkansas. He was the son of Coy Harry Sigman and Beula Leticia Hays Sigman. John was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Lawrence “Larry” Sigman and Tony Sigman.

In October of 2002, John gave his life to Christ, and from that day forward he was a dedicated believer who never wavered in his faith. He was a member of Harvest Time Assembly of God in Murfreesboro where he proudly served as a door greeter every Sunday.

John was a truck driver for 41 years and three months. He enjoyed the solitude of driving his truck and forming friendships along the way. He was an avid outdoorsman, and especially enjoyed deer hunting with family and friends. He loved the month of October because he was able to celebrate his birthday with his entire family. Above all, John was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend who loved his family and friends with all his heart.  He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
