Henry Lee Vaughn, 88, died Oct. 1, 2023.
He was the son of the late Bennie Vaughn and Sallie Green Trotter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Emily Louise Morrison Vaughn and two sisters.
He was a logger.
Survivors include: his children and step-children, Veronica King of McCaskill, Charles A. Vaughn, Michael Ester of Mineral Springs, Mary Dailey of Albany, Ga., and James Morrison of Columbus; two brothers, Wilbur Trotter and Charles Vaughn of Columbus; three sisters, Gloria D. Phillips of Columbus, Joyce Trotter of Texarkana, and Thelma Turner of Ashdown; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was 5-7 p.m. on Oct. 6, at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
Funeral services were Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, in the Latimer Funeral Chapel in Nashville. Burial followed in Camp Springs Cemetery near Columbus, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
