Lou Ann Smith Chandler, 65, of Alexander, Ark., died Thursday, April 20, 2023.
She was born March 14, 1958, in LaPorte, Ind., the daughter of Betty Lou Pointon Smith and the late James Nathaniel Smith. She was a Baptist;.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tony Lou Moncus.
Survivors include: her husband of 31 years, Scott Chandler of Alexander; four children, Allen (Angela) Moncus of Pearland, Texas, Sabrina (Michael) Hensley of Texarkana, Krystal (Tyler Cotton) Moncus of Jefferson, and Kristen (Jared) Minchew of Texarkana; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her mother, Betty Smith of Murfreesboro; two brothers, Bruce Smith of Murfreesboro, and Danny Smith of Wyoming.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at the Old Center Cemetery Pavilion with Michael Hensley officiating. Interment will follow at Old Center Cemetery under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home in De Queen.
