Kathy Lynn Tedder Foss, 70, of Paragould, died Monday, Feb. 13, 2023. She was born in Paragould May 24, 1952, to the late L.C. and Devona Tedder. When she lived in Nashville she was known as Kathy Barnhill.
At Nashville she was a teacher’s aide. She later earned bachelor and master degrees in education from ASU and was an elementary school teacher and reading specialist at Greene County Tech.
She was a member of Lake Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister; and a grandson.
Survivors include: her husband, Joe Foss, of Paragould; daughters, Darra (Doug) Smith, Kacey (Barry) McBroom, and Joey (Scott) Pillow, all of Paragould; a brother, Kevin Tedder of Paragould; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services and visitation were at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould, and burial was in Warren’s Chapel Cemetery.
