Mark Anthony Lusk, Sr., age 50 of Murfreesboro, Ark., died Monday Jan. 2, 2023, at his home in Murfreesboro, Ark. He was born Dec. 1, 1972, in De Queen, Ark., the son of the late William Hershel Lusk and Helen Sadler Lusk.
Mark was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Sherman, Texas. He was a very loving and generous person. Mark would feed the homeless before he fed himself and never met a stranger. He loved watching the Green Bay Packers and the Arkansas Razorbacks.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sons, Mark Lusk Jr. and Weatherby Lusk; two brothers, Greg Marsh and Lance Lusk; father-in-law John DeLaney; grandparents TE Wyatt and Doris Wyatt; and a brother-in-law Dewayne Chambers.
Survivors include: Tanya Lusk of Murfreesboro, Ark.; four sons, Dennis Logan, Justice Lusk, Kaleb Lusk, and Peyton Lusk; two daughters, Shawna Pearson, and Stormmie Lusk; grandchildren Aubrielle, Treyshaun, Takota, Adrieana, Kailynn, and Karson; one brother Steve Marsh and wife Delores; one sister Tina Chambers; nieces and nephews LaDonna, Stephanie, Ann, Terry, Tony, and Mandy; his best friend and work wife Debra Henry; as well as his brothers Fran Brown, Steve Miller, John Carlson, and sister Jackie Frazier; and a great number of nieces, nephews, and a lot of friends that he loved with all his heart, and would do anything for them.
Cremation services are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.
