Franklin Dee Coleman, 78, of Lockesburg died Saturday, March 19, 2022, in Ashdown. He was born Sept. 26, 1943, in Mineral Springs the son of the late Robert Jonathan Coleman and Cular Barrett Coleman.
He was a member of Brownstown Baptist Church and was a rancher.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Lonzo Coleman and Ray Coleman, and two sisters, Nona May Wilson and Hattie Lee Hawthorn.
Survivors include: his wife of 49 years, Ada Joyce Thompson Coleman; a brother, William Earnest Colman of Hansen, Kan., and other relatives.
Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
Graveside services were at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in the Ben Lomond Cemetery with Bro. Bill Hathridge officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
