Elisa Ginest, 50 of Mineral Springs, Ark., passed away on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016 at her home.
She was born on Dec. 12, 1965 in Seattle, Wash.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ron Ginest, and a brother, Ron Lewis Ginest.
Survivors include: her husband, Robert Mayfield; three sons, Robert Lewis Mayfield, Christopher Spry and Dylan Ginest.
Cremation services are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
