The Howard County Spring Trade Day, which will be held on April 2, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Howard County Fairgrounds. Proceeds will be assist the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund and will be used for college scholarships for single parents in Howard County.
