Orville Lee, 90 of Delight, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in Delight, AR. He was born on September 19, 1925 in Delight, the son of the late George Lee and Lillie (Lamb) Lee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Glendora (McKinnon) Lee; two daughters and sons-in-law, Virginia House and husband, Cloyce, and Wanda Puryear and husband, Shirley Don; one granddaughter, Mallory Lee; siblings, Elsie Lowery, Eva Ross, Georgia Lockwood, Woodrow Lee, and Lillie Mae Lockeby; and half brothers, Willis Lee and Douglas Lee.
Survivors include, one son, Cortez Lee and wife, Brenda of Delight; one daughter, Peggy Lewallen and husband, Danny of Hope, AR; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; and six half siblings, Ed, Lois, Shirley, Hazel, George, Jr., and Josie
Mr. Lee attended First Assembly of God Church in Delight.
Services were held on Thursday, December 30, 2015 at 2 p.m. in the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Murfreesboro with Larry Miller officiating. Burial followed in the Delight Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro.
Visitation was held on Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.
