Man Arrested in Connection to Dec. 23 Break-Ins

    NASHVILLE – According
    to a press release by Nashville
    Police Investigator Larry
    Marion, “Nashville Police officers
    Wayne Epperly and
    Aaron Quick were dispatched
    to Simple Simons in reference
    to a burglary,” on Dec. 23, at
    approxim
    a t e l y
    7:41 a.m.,
    “When officers
    arrived
    they
    noticed
    the back
    glass door
    was broken with a rock. The
    owners stated that approximately
    $30 to $40 dollars in
    change was missing from the
    cash registers.
    While investigating the
    burglary, officers were called
    to Stephanie and Company for
    another burglary. Entry to the
    building was gained by breaking
    the back glass door. The
    owner reported that the cash
    register was missing and it
    contained approximately $30
    to $40 dollars.
    During the investigation
    video was obtained from Road
    Mart, which showed a subject
    walking from behind Simple
    Simons at approximately 1:05
    a.m. carrying a Styrofoam box
    that came from inside the business.
    The subject was identified
    as Brady Murphy (DOB:
    12-25-92).
    On Dec. 23, at approximately
    1:45 p.m., Howard County
    Deputy Travis Turner was
    able to locate Brady Murphy
    at a residence in Hempstead
    County. Murphy was arrested
    on a warrant for Commercial
    Burglary and Theft of Property.
    Bond is set at $50,000.”
