Caddo Hills wins three at Oden

web Oden v CH 1ODEN – Caddo Hills walked away from Oden with a full slate of wins after the Junior Indians winning 54-21, the Lady Indians 47-35 and the Indians won 64-31.
The Caddo junior boys jumped out to an impressive 31-3 lead in the first period and took a 42-8 lead at the half. Oden outscored them 13-12 in the second half, but the Junior Indians held on for the win.
Gage Galloway led the Junior Indians with 18 points, followed by Cameron Gaither with nine. Ryan Franks and Connor Kincannon each scored eight and Simon Whisenhunt scored six. Tate Dumont and Jarett Runyon each scored two and Bryson Scott hit a free throw.
Aaron Baker led the Junior Timberwolves with nine points, followed by Jesse Fryar and Zach Mayo with four each. Brian Kha and Jesse McDonald each scored two.
The Lady Indians opened up their game with a 19-4 run in the first period, but Oden was able to match them almost point for point in the second with Caddo holding a 28-12 halftime lead.
Caddo added one to their lead in the third. Oden ended the game strong, cutting the Lady Indian lead by five. Caddo finished the game with a 12 point victory.
Sara Bershers led the Lady Indians with 16, followed  by Jordan Powell with 10. Haley Ortiz scored eight, and Gracie Wisener scored five. Rachel Dumont and Scarlett Beggs each scored three. Jessica Martin scored two.
Sara Black led the Lady Timberwolves with 13, followed by Eden Singleton with eight and Katie Golden with six. Shelbie Kennedy and Shawna Van Horn each scored three and Hailee Elder scored two.
The senior boys wrapped things up with a 33 point victory at Oden.
The eased out to an 18-11 lead in the first period before giving themselves a cushion in the second with a 28-7 run. They outscored Oden 18-13 in the second half to preserve the win.
Josh Stone led the Indians with 12 points, followed by Christian Duggan with 11 and Hagen Cimino with 10. Gaven Caldwell scored seven, and Criskim Yang scored six. Terrick Hulvey, Matt Standridge, Justus Bobo and Tyler Brumwell each scored two.
Aaron Carmack scored nine to lead the Timberwolves in scoring. Jeff Lewis scored six and Matt Vincent scored five. Carlos Nelasco scored four, followed by Tyler Fair, Tarren Blansett and Austin Bledsoe with two each. Matt Thomas hit a free throw.
