Two contest participants were correct on nine of ten games, in the first week of the newspaper’s annual football prediction contest. Of the two, Kellsi Bobo of Foreman was closest to the actual outcome of 32-31, Nashville over Hope.
Each week’s winner’s name will be placed in a season-end drawing for a prize to be announced later.
