Opal Peggy Bridgewater, age 84 of Nashville, Arkansas, passed away, Thursday, August 19, 2015 in Nashville. She was born September 13, 1930 in Dallas, Texas to the late Mabel Bridgewater Davis and Charles Davis. Peggy was a former resident of the Howard County Children’s Center. She dearly loved all of her friends at the Center. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Breihan Bridgewater; and a sister, Jackie D. Davis. Her survivors include a brother, Charles (Joe) Davis of Nashville; two sisters, Anne Eulitt of Mayflower and Jewell Ray Davis of Hope; sister-in-law, Joyce Bridgewater of Lewisville, Texas; one nephew; one niece; one great nephew; two great nieces; three great-great nephews; and one great-great niece; as well as a host of other family and friends. Services will be Friday, August 21, 2015 at 11:00 am at Nashville Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Bullock officiating. Interment will follow at Corinth Cemetery in Linden, Texas.
