Myrtle Zelma Kinsey, aged 78, of Fayetteville passed away on April 25, 2015 in Fayetteville.
She was born in Riviera, Texas on September 17, 1936 the daughter of David and Louise Wright Buttram.
She married James Leon Kinsey in 1957. Myrtle moved to California in the 1950’s and moved to Arkansas in 1965.
She was preceded in death by two sons, James Robert and Alfred Ray Kinsey.
She attended Assembly of God in Mount Ida for six years and various other churches after that. Myrtle enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren. She lived life to the fullest. Myrtle had friends at Hillcrest Towers and volunteered at the resale shop at Hillcrest.
Myrtle is survived by daughters, Mary Pugh and Judy Kinsey; and sons, John, David and Sam Kinsey; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A visitation was held on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 4-6 P.M. at Beard’s Chapel. Memorial services will be held Friday, May 1, 2015 at 1:00 P.M at Beard’s Chapel.
