Charles (Charley) Harvey Russell, 84, died Sept. 6, 2024.
He was born Nov. 27, 1939, in the Buckrange community, the son of the late Harvey and Marguerite Russell.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Russell
Survivors include: his wife, Gina Russell; daughter, Lisa Russell; stepdaughter, Laura Scott; stepson, Lee Scott; two sisters, Dana Newberg and Sandra Staggs.
His memorial service was at 2 p.m.Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024, at East Funeral Home-Downtown, Texarkana, with Chaplain Rufus Robinson officiating.
Visitation was 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
