A rain barrel workshop will be held at the Howard County Farmers’ Market, beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 19.
The workshop will cover the benefits and uses of rain barrels, as well as how to construct one. Each participant will take home a rain barrel that they will make during the workshop. There is a $25 registration fee. Call the Howard County Extension Office at 870-845-7517 by April 12 to register.
