Howard C. Milburn, 89, of Murfreesboro died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024, in Hot Springs.
He was born Feb. 13, 1935.
He was preceded in death by siblings and a stepdaughter.
Survivors include: his stepson, Tony Leslie and his wife, Shonda; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, in Grant Cemetery in Grant, Okla., under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.
