Barbara Jo Taylor Finley, 85, of Schaal died Feb. 10, 2024 in Ashdown.
She was born April 10, 1938, in Ozan, the daughter of the late Nero (Pete) White and Anna B. Tayler.
She was retired from the Arkansas Employment Office. She was an active member of Bright Star Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Finley; a sister and three brothers; sons Michael Charles Finley and Anthony Craig Finley.
Survivors include: her children, Gwendolyn {Lora} Goza, Atlanta, Ga., Rufus L. Finley, Mineral Springs, Loretta King, Nashville, Beverly Henry, Texarkana, Christopher Finley, Mineral Springs, Jacqueline Finley, Little Rock; a brother, Roscoe White, Nashville, a sister, Fran Murphy, Cleveland, Ohio; also grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service for Mrs. Finley will be Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Bright Star Baptist Church in Schaal. Arrangements by Nashville Funeral Home.
