Crystal Arlene Masey, age 87, of Nashville, Ark., passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023, in Nashville, Ark. She was born Oct. 1, 1936, in Bingen, Ark., the daughter of the late Richard Wolff and Billie Ival Page Wolff.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, James Richard “Dick” Wolff.
Crystal was a member of First Baptist Church in Nashville. After graduating from Nashville High School she went to Arkadelphia and completed her college degree at Henderson State University.
For many years she modeled clothing for Dillard’s Department Stores. Crystal had many interesting events that happened during her lifetime. One of Crystal’s favorite memories was getting to ride with Elvis.
For over 40 years she worked at the Farm Service Agency in Howard County, serving as the County Executive Director.
Crystal loved animals. She believed if it had four legs you should love and take care of it. She raised Hereford cattle on her family farm for the most part of her life. She truly enjoyed being with her animals and spending time on the farm.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20, at Pine Grove Cemetery in the Bingen Community, with Bro. Tim Freel officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
