Mr. Troy Lee Young, age 59, a resident of Nashville, Ark., died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born Nov. 1, 1963, in Murfreesboro, Ark. Troy was a construction worker by trade and a Baptist by faith. He enjoyed canoeing, riding four wheelers, spending time with his family and the great outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Leo and Hazel Fant Young; three sisters, Darlene Edwards, Sue Hamner and Doris Fisk; two brothers, John Young and James Young.
Mr. Young is survived by his wife, Debbra Young; one son, Corey Young and his significant other, Jordan Amschler; two daughters, Kristen Young, Emily Young and her significant other, Chayse Ericksen; two grandchildren, Nataly Young and Emmett Ericksen; a sister-in-law, Anne Young and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Mr. Young will be held Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, from 2-4 p.m. at the Young home, 1796 Hwy. 26 West in Nashville, AR. There will be a potluck after the service for family and friends.
