Betty Sue Cummings, 89, of Nashville died Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
She was born Feb. 18, 1934, in San Antonio, Texas, to the late Virgil B. Jackson and Mary Eliza Ezell Jackson.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hope.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Cummings; two sons, Rodney and Willie Stricklen; a brother, three sisters.
Survivors include: her children, Beverly Reyenga and husband Danny of Hope, Susan Sasser of Nashville, Amy McClane of Emmett, and Elizabeth Harris and husband Mark of Ozan; also grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be Sunday, June 11, 2023, at 2 p.m. at College Hill Cemetery near Murfreesboro under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home.
