Mary E. Harris, age 91, of Nashville, Ark., passed away on Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, in Nashville, Ark. She was born Oct. 15, 1931, in Nashville, Ark., the daughter of the late James Roy Jones and Oma Newell Jones.
Mrs. Harris was a member of Unity Baptist Church, former member of the Red Hat Society, and a volunteer for the Cottonshed Fire Department.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, Steve Harris, a grandson, Paul Mikulek, one brother, Harold Jones, and two sisters, Connie Morris and Margaret Mobbs.
Survivors include: two sons Wayne Harris of Nashville, Ark., John Harris of Lake Havasu, Ariz., one daughter, Donna West of Tyler, Texas; one sister, Virginia Bailey of Nashville, Ark.; eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, Feb. 3, at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville with Mike Harris and Mike Jones officiating, burial to follow in Unity Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
Pallbearers will be Tim Harris, Trevor Harris, Tanner Harris, Ryan Moore, Steven Jones, and Glen Jones.
