Billy Fred “Big Eye” Livingston, 81, of Sheridan, Ark., died May 7, 2022, in hospice in Little Rock.
He was born Aug. 16, 1940, in Locksburg, the son of the late Lellon Monroe and Alice Elizabeth Bratcher Livingston. He was a member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church and was retired from Union Pacific Railroad.
He was preceded in death by a half-sister, Murle Fay Hamby.
Survivors include: a son, Joey Livingston of East End; daughter, Tonya (Steven) Crump of East End; sisters, Judy Aydelott, Helen Williams and Fannie Mae Lockeby; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held June 19, 2022, at Bingen-Ozan Cemetery in Bingen.
