Betty Ruth Feemster, 75 a lifelong resident of Mineral Springs, went to her eternal home on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020. She was born Nov. 23, 1944, in Mineral Springs to Samuel Hawkins McCullough and Lillian Lee Harris McCullough.

She was the retired owner of B and B Pest Control. Betty loved her town and being at her little home she had worked so hard for. She enjoyed quilting, working in her garden, tending to her flowers, taking care of her cats, and going shopping. She dearly loved to shop with her sister. Most of all Betty loved her family, her children and her grandchildren were her world. 

Preceding Betty in death were her parents, and her husband, Brantley Feemster.

Leaving behind to dearly cherish her memories are three children, John Paul and wife Sandra Galetka of Poteau, Okla., Jill Hugg of Texarkana, Ark., and Marci Burke and husband Randy of Keller, Texas. Also, four siblings, Sammye Gentry and husband Wesley of Wills Point, Texas, Jimmy McCullough and wife Rubine of Euless, Texas, Jackie McCullough of Dierks, Ark., and Donna Fricks of Ashdown, Ark.

Seven grandchildren, Chevy Galetka and wife Katie, Samantha Galetka, Hank Galetka, Shelby Hugg, Aubyrn and Cassidy Maples and Laney Galetka. Four-great Grandchildren, Lily Galetka, Emilee Galetka, Caiden Maples and Kai Rains, as well as a large host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Graveside services will be Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Mineral Springs Cemetery under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home, with Bobby Pierce officiating. Viewing will follow the service.

COVID-19 rules will apply by using a face mask or social distancing.
