Catherine Miller, 86, of Mineral Springs, Ark., passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017 in Nashville, Ark.
She was born on June 6, 1931 in Mineral Springs, Ark., the daughter of the late William Goodloe and Mamie Neal Goodloe.
Mrs. Miller was a member of the Brightstar Baptist Church in Mineral Springs where she played the piano for more than 10 years. She served as a teacher’s aide for many years at a daycare in Nashville, Ark. Her favorite hobby that she loved dearly was fishing. In the Mineral Springs and Cottonshed community she was loved by all that knew her. She was also a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by grandchildren Arlene Robinson, Darnell Robinson, Tyreece Miller; a daughter-in-law Georgette Robinson; a sister and brother-in-law Delphine and Roger Williams.
Survivors include: two sons, Jerry Goodloe and wife, Denise, of Chicago, Ill.; Larry Goodloe of Cleveland, Ohio; one daughter, Shirley Miller of Mineral Springs, Ark.; one sister, Gladys Howell of Mineral Springs, Ark.; grandchildren Karl Goodloe, Jerry Lavar Goodloe and wife, Stacie, and Larry Robinson; great-grandchildren Jordan Robinson, Jasmine Miller, Nicole, Jerry, and Angel Goodloe; one granddaughter-in-law, Kimberly Gibson. As well as a host of other relatives and friends.Â
Viewing was 8:00 a.m until 2:30, Thursday, July 27 at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside services were at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 27, at Reed Cemetery in Tollette, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
