Fern May Hostetler, 94, of Nashville, died Aug. 5, 2017, at her home in Nashville.
She was born Dec. 19, 1922 to the late Ora and Bessie (Shrock) Hostetler at Shelbyville, Ill. She was a member of the Mineral Springs Amish-Mennonite Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Levi C. Hostetler; her sons, Elmer and Ron Hostetler; also grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; six sisters and three brothers.
Survivors include: three sons, Duane Hostetler and wife, Vera, of Nashville; Delbert Hostetler and wife, Edith of Nashville; Roy Hostetler and wife, Carol, of Nashville; three daughters, Judy Kropf and husband, Stanley, of Mineral Springs; Dorothy Kropf and husband, Marion, of Hotchkiss, Colo.; Susan Hostetler and husband, Richard, of Clarksville, Ark.; Barbara Hostetler of Nashville; sisters, Lily Kropf, Sylvia Blosser, Celesta Shrock; a brother, Ben Hostetler; also grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Tuesday 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Mennonite school house near Nashville. The funeral service was Wednesday, 10 a.m. at the Mennonite Church. Burial followed in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
