Conrad V. Bagley, 78, of Nashville, died Friday, March 17, 2017 in Texarkana, Texas.
He was born Aug. 24, 1938 near Center Point, Ark., to the late Forney Bagley and Rosie McBay Bagley.
He was a Baptist. He was county judge of Howard County for 14 years, and before that he was Howard County Sheriff for six years. He was a cattleman and was a founding member on the board of the Regional Solid Waste Management District. He served on many other organizations and agencies.
He was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Bagley; two brothers, Harvey and Harmon Bagley; and two sisters, Hazel Burch and Cora Tedford.
Survivors include: his children, Connie Bagley Gordy of Nashville, Shane Bagley of Nashville, and Suzanna Christian of Texarkana, Texas; a sister, Dorothy O’Bryant of Nashville; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Fellowship Cemetery with Bro. Jimmy Dale officiating. The family received friends at Nashville Funeral Home on Saturday night, 5-7.
