Lela Mary McFall-James, 65, died Feb. 28, 2017, in Dierks.
She was born Oct. 13, 1951 to the late Sherman and Virginia McFall.
She was a member, Sunday School teacher, and church clerk of the Roland Piggee Baptist church. She was on the Board of Directors for the Bread of Life Soup Kitchen in Nashville.
She was preceded in death by a son, Terry Dawn Ellison; a sister, Gertie McFall Johnson; five brothers, Kary, Chester, Sherman Jr., Eugene, And Chris McFall.
Survivors include: her daughter, Amber James of Nashville; a brother, William Curtis McFall of Sebatian, Fla.
Visitation was 11-5 Saturday at the funeral home. The funeral service was at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 5, at Roland Piggee Memorial Baptist Church, located on Hwy. 27, south of Mineral Springs. Burial was at Graves Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Lockesburg. Arrangements were by Hicks Funeral Home, Inc.
