Murfreesboro Rattler Head Coach Jeff Jones has announced the 2016 postseason awards for his team.
Senior Gavin Gardner (#41) has been named District 7-2A Outstanding Running Back, All-State and All-District.
Also earning All-District status are seniors Troy Stone (#8), Ryan Roberts (#12) and Scott Evans (#21); and juniors J.C. Motley (#1), Bryle Fatheree (#32), Jarrett Faulkner (#13) and Evan Pickett (#51).
Those named to the All-District Honorable Mention team are seniors Nathan Libranda (#72), Wyatt VanCamp (#62) and Laramie Beshears (#72); juniors Alec Pettigrew (#63), Tyler Tomlinson (#5) and Cody Nolen (#52); and sophomore Ethan Pickett (#50).
