The Dierks Outlaws left Hornet Stadium Friday night with the Howard County Cup hoisted high above their heads after upsetting the Mineral Springs Hornets, 57-46, in the annual Class 2A battle. (See the Oct. 12 issue of The Nashville News-Leader for more from the game.)
The traveling trophy was first introduced by The Nashville News in 2004 and is being continued by The Nashville News-Leader.
