A Glenwood man discovered that a bath tub is no place to hide when members of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted in a parole/probation home search at his residence.
According to a statement released by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement officers assisted with a parole/probation search on the morning of September 7 at a residence occupied by Christopher Catron, age 31 of Glenwood.
Officers located the subject hiding under a tub in the back yard of the residence.  They also located a bag of marijuana at the residence.
The subject was taken to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office where he was charged with probation violation. His bond was set at $50,000.
The reasons for revocation listed on the petition to revoke his probation included failure to lead a law abiding life and failure of a mandated drug test.
