A Delight man is expected to make a first appearance on multiple felony charges Monday, Sept. 19 in Pike County Circuit Court after he allegedly broke into a home, beat his girlfriend and her friend and injured his infant son.
Kyle Adam Lamb, 31, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 13 and is expected to be charged with felony residential burglary, endangering welfare of minor and first-degree criminal mischief. He is also facing misdemeanor charges of third-degree battery and third-degree domestic battery, according to Pike County law officials.
Lamb is accused of breaking into the home of John and Nikkie McLelland in Delight the morning of Sept. 13, causing $3,000 worth of damage and hitting his girlfriend and baby’s mother, Genia Lowery, and Nikkie McLelland. He is also accused of throwing an object that reportedly struck his two-month-old son in the face. John McLelland was reportedly not at the home at the time of the incident.
