Patsy Moss Radley Reed, 82, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016. Patsy was born July 1, 1934 in Nashville, Ark., to the late Frank and Verna Moss.
Patsy attended Henderson State University and started a career as a bookkeeper. Patsy enjoyed working in the family’s many businesses – Ponderosa Motors/Glass, Reed’s Antique and Classic Automobiles and Avalon Golf and Driving Range.
Patsy was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Hot Springs. She was a loving mother and homemaker, and enjoyed visiting with her loving family and many friends. One of her favorite things was watching her Razorbacks.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Donald Radley and husband Jerry Don Reed; a son, Danny Radley; sisters, Johnny Porter, Billy McCrary, Kathleen Jennings, and longtime friend, Bettye Jarrell.
She is survived by her children, Donald Radley Reed (Lisa) of Belle Vernon, Penn., Gregory Don Reed (Paul Shaw) of Hot Springs, Gina Reed Wilson (Don) of Colleyville, Texas; five grandchildren, Ashley (Seth) Mullins, Kayla (Neal) Blough, Donald Reed, Codi Wilson and Dylan Reed; two great grandchildren, Hallie and Harper Mullins; sister Jimmy Ellis, sister-in law Eveleen Reed and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. at Latimer Funeral Home, 115 E. Hempstead Street, Nashville, Ark. Funeral Services were at Latimer Funeral Home, Monday, Sept. 5, 2016 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Steven Porter officiating. Graveside service followed at Unity Cemetery, Nashville.
