Beginning this week, local stylist Candice Britt’s familiar salon and boutique will implement a new consignment program.
Based on ideas from consignment website DaisyExchange.com, Britt Boutique will begin paying cash for your unwanted clothing.
“You have cash sitting in your closet,” Britt states. “You can bring in your brand name clothes, and receive money for them. It is tax exempt, as well.”
Britt says that clothing brought to her must be brand name, in excellent shape, and in season. Offers for your clothing will be based upon brand, style, condition, and current trends. Some brand names to be accepted include American Eagle, Coach, Juicy Couture, Gap, Polo, Hollister, Nike, and more.
Also new to the salon, in addition to the array of services that Candice already provides, she is now offering hair extensions. Her new store hours are 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and Saturdays by appointment only. Britt Salon & Boutique is located at 218 South Main Street.
