Kelly Miller Circus to return to Mount Ida

    MOUNT IDA – The Kelly Miller Circus will return to Mount Ida Wednesday, March 30, thanks to the Mount Ida Area Chamber of Commerce. The circus will pitch their tent at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Mount Ida.
    The Kelly Miller Circus is celebrating their 78th year under the big top. They are one of the only traveling circuses who not only perform under a big top tent, but they also allow the public to come and watch as they raise the tent.
    The circus includes an elephant among other animal acts. They also offer a host of international stars performing various feats of skills to thrill the crowd.
    Mount Ida will be one of 200 cities that the Kelly Miller Circus will perform in this year as they travel nearly 10,000 miles across North America.
    The event is sponsored by the Mount Ida Area Chamber of Commerce. There will be two performances with the first one to start at 4:30 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m.
    Tickets are available at Bates Sales & service, Bluebell Store, Bob’s Food City, Lake Ouachita One Stop, McCarter Mart, or Polished Salon. Tickets may also be purchased online at www.kellymillercircus.com.
    Advance tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children. Tickets the day of the circus will be $16 for adults and $8 for children.
