NICOLE TRACY | The Nashville News The Howard County Democratic Party held their first annual Parker Westbrook Dinner Saturday evening at the Black Pearl in Mineral Springs. Rev. Willie Benson, Jr. was recognized with the Parker Westbrook Award during the evening’s events. The keynote address was given by Vincent Insalaco, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Arkansas. Preston Eldridge also spoke during the event. State Senator Larry Teague was also in attendance during the evening’s festivities.
