ASP Trooper Ryne Shelton (Troop K) took a few minutes out of his day to make sure a child had a good one also. According to the ASP, Sawyer, loves police officers and EMS personnel and had a great time meeting Trooper Shelton. Sawyer recently celebrated his third birthday.
Arkansas State Trooper Ryne Shelton and Sawyer chat about law enforcement during a recent visit at the Pike County Jail. According to the ASP, Sawyer mentioned that he wants to be like Shelton. Shelton gave Sawyer a trooper teddy bear (which mom said he has slept with since).
Shelton is the son of David and Terri Shelton, of Dierks.
