NASHVILLE – Just before
dawn on Friday morning,
the police department
and SWAT Team were reviewing
their entry plans
for a search warrant on a
local home.
Nashville Narcotics
Investigator Mark Barnes
confirmed that the Nashville
Police Department
– along with the Howard
County SWAT Team – “executed
a search warrant
at 419 W. Sypert Street,”
in Nashville. Barnes said
that Paige Walker, 41,
of Nashville, was at the
home at the time of the
search and was arrested.
“We had prior drug buys
for marijuana from her,”
the veteran officer added.
Barnes confirmed that
officers seized $723 in
cash, (suspected) marijuana,
various items of
paraphernalia such a scales and pipes and six
suspected Xanax pills. Walker
was charged with delivery
of a controlled substance
(marijuana), possession
of a controlled substance
with purpose to deliver,
possession of a controlled
substance (Xanax) and possession
of drug paraphernalia.
Walker’s bond was set at
$77,765 on Friday afternoon.
Barnes also added that
Demetrius McDowell, 37, of
Nashville, was also at the
residence at the time of the
search and was arrested for
failure to pay for the underline
charge of obstructing of
government operations.

in the search include:

Casey Parker, Randy
Bohn, Travis Turner, Blake
Eudy and Jade Hughes.
