Andrew L. Pannell, 31, of Dierks was among the 29 Arkansas State Police Trooper recruits who graduated last week from the 2015 Troop School. The graduation ceremony was held at the Arkansas State Capitol. Pannell has been assigned to Highway Patrol Division, Troop E, Lincoln County.
