The University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service has announced the retirement of Mike McCarter, County Agent for Pike County. McCarter has been with the Extension Service for 36 years. A reception in his honor will be held Fri., June 19 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Murfreesboro Municipal Building.
