William and Carol Bright, of Mathiston, MS, announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Sue, to John Aaron Louis Grimes, son of J.B. and Jennifer Grimes.
The bride elect is the granddaughter of William and Ursula Bright, of Mathiston, Sonny and Holly Parker, of Mathiston, and Earl and Sue Lowe, of Eupora. She received her Bachelors of Arts and Sciences and Bachelors of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and is currently employed as an Account Executive at BankTEL Systems.
Her fiancé is the grandson of the late Louis “Swampy” Graves and Wilton Graves, of Nashville, and the late Carl Bryan Grimes and Billie Grimes, of Clarendon. He received his Bachelors and Masters of Arts from Mississippi State University and is currently employed as a Lecturer of English Composition at Mississippi State University .
The couple will be married Sat., June 27 at the Chapel of the Pines in Mathiston, MS. Reception will be held at the Ritz Café in West Point, MS.
