Henderson State University’s Small Business and Technology Development Center will present a seminar June 30 in De Queen to help businesses improve their customer service. Exceptional customer service is a cost-free marketing technique, as well as a way to set a business apart from its competition. The seminar will be held from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Cossatot Community College in De Queen. There is a $30 fee to attend.
