Workers with Tony Britt Masonry have begun making preparations for Southwest’s Ivan Smith Furniture to return to Nashville’s “Furniture Corner.” The landmark business had been located at the corner of Main and Shepherd since 1945 until it was destroyed by fire in September 2014. The business has temporarily relocated to the former Charlie’s Thriftway building on South Main.
