Mineral Springs Saratoga school board members accepted one resignation and made two hires Tuesday during an ultra-brief special session.
The board began by officially accepted the resignation of middle school math instructor Todd Baxley, who accepted a position as principal at Caddo Hills earlier this month. Araceli Hernandez was selected to replace Baxley, and Melissa Musick was hired as an elementary music teacher, concluding business for the meeting.
