Hazel A. Crews, age 94, of Hot Springs, formerly of Amity, died Sunday, April 5, 2015.
She was born on July 5, 1920, in Ti Valley, Oklahoma the daughter of Jasper Monroe Fouts and Minnie Francis Reynolds Fouts.
She is survived by her son, Orville Crews of Huntington, Indiana; her grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren; one brother, Othel Fouts of Andrew, Indiana; two sisters, Virgie Crews of Glenwood and Evelyn Waldrum of Amity.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 8, 2015, in the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Jack Herring officiating.
Visitation was held Wednesday morning, 10:00 a.m., until service time, at the church.
Interment was in the Jones Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
