There are 26 businesses in Howard County, along with seven canvassers where registered voters may sign the petition for a proposed ‘wet-dry’ election for the county.
The deadline for petitions to be delivered to the Howard County Clerk’s office is May 5, according to canvasser Jessica Harris Delozier.
